Sunday Stealing, albeit a bit late

Craig of FusedReality called me out by name on this Sunday Stealing so I better get to it. I'm late on it because, no joke, I slept all Sunday. I'm not feeling so hot today either but it's Monday and work beckoned. Anyway, here we go...

1. Do you like blue cheese salad dressing?
Love it. Especially the kind with actual blue cheese/bleu cheese crumbles in it. Marie's is the best kind in a jar. Bob's Big Boy (remember him?) brand was the dressing of my youth. It's creamy and fatty and overwhelming and delicious.

2. Favorite late night snack?
Popcorn.

3. Do you own a gun?
No, but I could if I wanted to.

4. What’s your favorite drink at Starbucks or other specialty coffee shop?
Hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee drinker. I think I've only actually purchased anything at Starbucks maybe 4 or 5 times.

5. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments?
Not usually although my blood pressure does go up. There's some medical name for it.

6. What do you think of hot dogs?
Dubious.

7. Favorite Christmas song?
O Holy Night.

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning?
Chai or other spicy tea.

9. Can you do push-ups?
Maybe 1 or 2.

10. What’s your favorite piece of jewelry?
A sterling silver hand-made, hand-etched bracelet made and given to me by an uncle in Tibet.

11. Favorite hobby?
Does watching TV count?

12. Do you have A.D.D.?
Yes. Under medicated at the moment.

13. What’s one trait that you hate about yourself?
Procrastination. I joke about it but really I'm screaming at myself in my head most of the time.

14. The last disease you contracted?
What?! I don't know about the 'contracted' part, but I did have my gallbladder taken out last year. Good riddance, I say.

15. Name 3 thoughts at this exact moment.

1. I hope I don't get a headache today.
2. I need to go to the doctor to check on this blood pressure thing.
3. I wonder if S. is at work today.

16. Name 3 drinks you regularly drink?

1. water
2. tea with stevia
3. hot broth (usually no-chicken chicken broth)

17. Current worry right now?
Money. It's always money. Also, blood pressure.

18. Current hate right now?
My lack of momentum.

19. Favorite place to be?
At home.

20. How did you ring in the New Year?
Asleep.

21. Like to travel?
Yes.

22. Name three people who will complete Sunday Stealing this week:
Can't think of one person.

23. Do you own slippers?
Yes.

24. What color shirt are you wearing?
brownbeige

25. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets?
Not particularly. They're too cold initially, then they don't breathe.

26. Can you whistle?
Yes. Not the kind with fingers, though.

27. Favorite singer/band?
Arctic Monkeys at the moment.

28. Could you ever make it 39 days on the show Survivor?
Yes, if it was just surviving (shelter, food, water), but No, if I actually had to play the games.

29. What songs do you sing in the shower?
None. If I sing, the dog comes runinng and smacks open the door, letting all the heat out.

30. Favorite girl’s names?
Sarah, Jayne, Mary Kathryn, Elizabeth, Lhamo, Yangkey

31. Favorite boy’s names?
Thomas, William, Aidan, Tashi, Jigme

32. What’s in your pocket right now?
Nada.

33. Last thing that made you laugh?
Can't remember.

34. Like your job?
It's not bad.

36. Do you love where you live?
Like. Not quite love. Ask me again when it's warm.

37. How many TVs do you have in your house?
Two.

38. Who is your loudest friend?
S.

39. Do you drive the speed limit or speed?

Either you didn't choose to post my comment or I hit the wrong key, but the medical term for high blood pressure when at the doctor's office or hospital is, believe it or not, "White Coat Hypertension."

@Jules -- (I didn't get a comment from you before this one!) Yes!, that's it. How ridiculous. Same thing happens if I have to do public speaking... I don't Feel nervous, but something inside me is shakey. Weird. Maybe I compartmentalize.
