This year I took the responsibility of passing on my good fortune to others - we adopted some "forgotten seniors", and donated bags of toys to the local toy drive. Although, when it gives me so much pleasure to do so, is it really a responsibility?
You've already gotten some interesting answers. I don't think I have anything to add to my response on the other post at this point. Except maybe something about following-through when you say you're going to do something. I need to learn to do that because I often find myself saying I'll do things and then not holding up my end of the bargain.

Being loyal, reliable, accountable, and trustworthy.
Responsibility is being mature enough to do the right thing, despite the desire to do what you want to do.

It means so many things.. Doing what you say, saying what you mean, standing up for what's right even when it's not easy...
