I’ve decided to share with you one of my sources of stickers and arty bits, friends.
First let me explain that I’m not a Michael’s or Joann shopper. I find those stores messy and the mess makes me anxious (it’s ironic, isn’t it?) I also take a LONG time to make shopping decisions and it’s just generally easier and safer for me to shop online. I like getting packages in the mail so it’s a win-win. I’m that proverbial customer who fills her cart to the brim only to scoot around the store later putting half of it back. That’s a much easier task when dealing with a digital cart. Plus there are wishlists on which to store favourite items for purchase at another time. Secondly, I don’t buy all my supplies new. I recycle. I use bits of what others have sent and what I’ve found. Any new supplies I purchase are bought with a specific project in mind. Or it was just too cute to pass up.
I shop online at A Cherry on Top. I get a bunch of my crafting and sticker supplies from them (and their affiliate Stickers Galore). I’ve never had an issue with an order, they pack and ship quickly, and to the best of my knowledge, they aren’t a big box store. They have a fun points program and a little game in which you can search for cherries on their site to earn points toward discounts. I’m probably a little too eager about the cherry hunt. Their selection is huge and they have galleries where you can see what folks are doing with the supplies. As someone who’s interested in crafting but has little natural crafting ability, I find the galleries helpful. There are also message boards for talking with other crafters. If you are a crafter, artist, mail artist, scrapbooker or just plain sticker-goofy, I’d encourage you to check them out. I’d also encourage you to buy me lots of gifties while you’re there.
I was not compensated, threatened, asked nicely nor coerced into posting this plug. I just think they’re a good source of fun stuff and wanted to share the knowledge.
